100% Hassle-free Guarantee! If you are not satisfied with your order when it arrive, you have 30 days to return your unworn purchase for a prompt exchange or refund. Please remember that all shipping charges are the customers responsibility. If your original order was for two or more items and you received free shipping, you will be charged the original shipping fee if you return any or all that reduce your original order to less than two items.

All return merchandise must be in the original box.

There will be a 10% restocking fee for any merchandise which does not comply with these return instructions.

All sale merchandise is non refundable.

Customer is responsible for shipping the return to us.

Items sent back for return after 30 days will be charged a $5.00 per pair return fee. Please include these fees with your return or include your credit card number in space provided on the form below.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days. (see exception below)

Return times will be extended for purchases made from November 15th through December 31st. Purchases made during this time period may be returned up to February 15th of the following year.

PLEASE TEST WEAR YOUR ITEMS ON A CARPETED SURFACE, ALTERED OR WORN ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED!
- All returns must include the original shoebox. Please do not ship items directly in the shoebox. Shoe boxes must be wrapped or shipped in original packaging. Please do not affix labels or tape to the shoe box or write directly on it.
- Items sent to us without the original shoebox or in a damaged shoebox are subject to a $5.00 re-boxing fee. (This fee is charged to us by the manufacture and is not a fee imposed by us).
